Returns & Exchanges

We will check every item in your order before shipping it out to you. However, in the event that we missed and sent a defective or incorrect item, do write to us at customercare@bloomingbub.com within 3 days of the receipt of your package. We will proceed to arrange for an exchange of the item in the size you have ordered. If the item & size you have ordered is out of stock, we will proceed to issue a refund. The postage fees to us and back to you, will be borne by us.

We would want you to be happy with your purchase and if the size of the item does not fit, you may write to us at customercare@bloomingbub.com within 3 days of the receipt of your package. You can choose to either opt for an exchange of the item in an alternate size if it is in stock or a refund in store credits (valid for 2 months upon issuance). The postage fees back and forth will be taken care by you.

 

Important Note

In both scenarios mentioned above, all items returned has to be deemed in satisfactory conditions i.e. in brand new original condition with label and tags attached that is not used nor washed for us to proceed to issue an exchange or refund. It is highly recommended to opt for postage that has tracking options as we are not liable for items that gets lost or damaged on its way to us. All items have to be mailed back and received by us within 14 and 30 working days from the date of receipt of package, for customers in Singapore and international customers respectively, in order for the return or exchange to be valid. Returns or exchanges is not applicable for items that are under these categories such as Sales, Swimwear, Preorders or Backorders. Store credits that are issued will expire in 2 months which will not be extended and has to be used to purchase items in a single transaction with any unused amount forfeited.
